A better

UK & Ireland

Our story in the UK & Ireland began well over a century ago. Here, we started small, with a simple yet significant mission to meet every day needs for nutrition, hygiene and personal care. But we wanted to do it in a way that went beyond practicalities. We wanted to make people feel good, look good and be better.

With people all over the nation wanting products that taste, smell and feel great, we’re top of the list every time. In fact, you can find our products in nine out of every ten households in the UK. And, every year, our 6,000 colleagues help us to generate a healthy 2 billion Euros from UK sales. Here, you can create a better career that evolves as you do.

Did you know?

In the UK & Ireland, we put £8 million into pioneering projects such as sustainable development, education, the arts, and nutrition and health.

Recruitment fraud warning

There have recently been a number of recruitment frauds operating in different parts of the world where individuals are contacting job seekers claiming to represent Unilever, offering them roles and then inevitably asking for payments to cover a range of expenses and administration costs.

To avoid falling victim to recruitment fraud:

  • Do not to respond to unsolicited offers from people you are unfamiliar with
  • Do not disclose personal or financial details to anyone you do not know
  • Check any documents for poor grammar and spelling as this is often a warning sign of fraud
  • Beware of employers or agents using webmail email addresses such as @Yahoo or @Hotmail
  • Hover over email addresses to check the sender’s details
  • If you are asked for payment of any kind from a recruiter, contact your local police department as this is very likely to be fraud.
