Online Applications

Phone Screen

If you are shortlisted, you can expect a call from our talent acquisition team. The purpose behind this is to understand your background and interest in the position. During this stage, you can learn further details about the position as well.












Interviews

Interviews may typically be structured in 2 or 3 rounds and conducted either by a panel or an individual evaluator.
Interviews may be conducted virtually or in-person, and are normally 30-60 minutes long in duration.
Our interviews assess both behavioral attributes and competency for a particular job. You can be expected to talk about personal and professional experiences, your interests and motivations, and your future aspirations. You may also be required to tackle situation-based questions, in order to test your problem-solving skills.

Did you know?

Unilever Pakistan has partnered with Green Earth Recycle Pakistan to collect and repurpose plastic waste into sustainable furniture. Through this initiative, we will recover around 2000 tonnes of plastic waste in 2021 and re-introduce it into the circular economy.
