We are seeking a highly skilled individual to lead and optimize our automatic UK messaging initiatives, leveraging cutting-edge AI and generative AI technologies. This role is pivotal in enhancing our organizational effectiveness and strategic communication.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement AI-driven strategies for automated UK messaging, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory compliance.
* Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and deployment of generative AI solutions for communication.
* Apply prompt engineering expertise to optimize AI model performance and message quality.
* Manage and cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendor partners, to ensure successful project execution and integration.
* Utilize strategic thinking and business acumen to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in automated messaging.
* Oversee performance management of AI systems and related processes, continuously monitoring and evaluating effectiveness.
* Collaborate with various departments to understand their messaging needs and integrate AI solutions seamlessly into their workflows.
* Contribute to workforce planning initiatives by identifying necessary skills and resources for future AI-driven communication strategies.
* Solve complex problems related to AI model performance, data integration, and messaging delivery.
* Implement best practices in talent management within the team, fostering growth and development.

Job Qualifications:**

* Proven expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI technologies.
* Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technical concepts into strategic business value.
* Exceptional collaboration and leadership skills, with experience leading diverse teams.
* Demonstrated ability in Organizational Effectiveness and Performance Management (PM).
* Advanced problem-solving capabilities, particularly in complex technical and operational environments.
* Expertise in Prompt Engineering and optimizing AI model outputs.
* Excellent Stakeholder Management and Vendor Management skills.
* Strategic Thinking with a track record of contributing to long-term organizational goals.
* Experience in Talent Management and Workforce Planning is highly desirable.
