Section 1 – Job Summary
In close collaboration with the Global team and in line with the marketing strategy, develop and deploy integrated communication plans for brands/franchises to support business objectives (volume, share, image, equity) through effective communication with consumers, professionals, media and other stakeholders.
Development of communication plans
- Analyze market situation & consumer insights
- Define key messages
- Build and coordinate the activation plan
- Coordinate the implementation of all communication tools (media relations, advertising, PR events, digital…) in accordance with brand strategies and local needs
- Ensure that campaigns are adapted and relevant to different audiences and channels (B2C / B2B / Digital / etc.)
- Involve agencies as necessary
Implementation of communication plans
- Elaboration of press releases, press kits, product presentations, speeches...
- Organization of press conferences, interviews, visits to production sites or meetings with experts, etc.
- Relationship with the media and influencers
- Participation in trade shows, organization of booths, participation in congresses, sponsorship, etc.
- Manage social networks
- Events organization
- Production of internal communications content
Evaluation and improvement of communication plans
- Monitoring of campaign performance (A&P ROI, KPIs, etc.)
- Evaluation of results, identification of levers to optimize future campaigns
Section 2 – Responsibilities
• Understand consumer needs and create compelling communication plans to engage them and drive business growth
• Translate global strategies into localized communication programs to effectively reach target audiences across various channels
• Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies that align with business goals and resonate with diverse stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative agencies, media partners, and external consultants, to ensure seamless execution of communication initiatives
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance their impact over time
Section 3 – Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
• Proven experience in developing and implementing successful communication strategies that drove business growth and improved brand perception
• Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and industry best practices in communication and marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling messaging that resonates with diverse audiences
• Proficiency in project management, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
• Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for staying ahead of the curve in communication innovation
