Summary:
The position holder will be responsible for supporting in all areas of administration to ensure smooth running of the factory’s activities. The role includes supporting in financial administrative tasks, providing assistance on project management support, liaising with key stakeholders as well as coordinating events at the factory.

Responsibilities:
• Manage purchase requisitions for different departments.
• Ensure all documents are received and approved within deadlines.
• Maintain files in accordance with the established procedures.
• Provide assistance on budget preparation and control.
• Participate in monthly closing process and provide accurate reports.
• Support in organizing meetings, conferences, interviews, etc.
• Coordinate visits of external auditors, experts, guests, etc.
• Provide assistance on projects assigned by the manager.
• Assist in monitoring progress against budgets/targets.
• Carry out any other activity assigned by the manager.

Qualifications:
• Higher education degree (preferably in Economics or Administration).
• Minimum English language proficiency level – Intermediate.
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Office package)
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Team player.
• Proactive approach to problem solving.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask across several projects.
• Detail oriented.
• Self-motivated and goal driven.
