JOB PURPOSE
The Trade CSP Manageris responsible fortranslating category and brand strategies into customer‑level commercial plans and strong in‑market execution. The role owns customer‑category plans, promotions, and activations, working closely with Marketing, Sales (CBD)and Supply Chain to drive sustainable and profitable growth across Home Care categories.
This position requires strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and effective cross‑functional stakeholder management to ensure that strategies are successfully executed at customer level.

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute category strategy and annual IBP plans across Czech and Slovak retailers
- Drive customer‑category growth through strong in‑market execution
- Develop and deliver shopper activation,visibilityand promotion plans
- Own and launch innovations to drive business growth
- Manage customer‑category annual plans and portfolio at retailer level
- Optimizepromotions calendar and actively manage Customer Promotion Plans (CPP)
- Cooperate with Category Management on shelf resets and redesigns
- Partner with BU Performance and NRM to shape GM% and customer performance
- Own and manage the dedicated BMI budget (forecasting and spending)
- Lead S&OP for assigned customers, including promotional planning and short‑term changes
REQUIREDQUALIFICATIONS
- 2–3 years of experience in Brand Marketing and/or Trade Marketing within FMCG
- Good understanding of the Czech and/or Slovak retail market
- Proficiencyin MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; driving licence category B
- Ability to work with sell‑out data and market performance tools such as Nielsen orRetailZoom
- Strong senseof accountability,ownershipand organizational skills
- Confident communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders acrossdifferent levelsof seniority
- Willingness to learn, develop and actively invest in personal growth
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong understanding of shopper marketing and category management principles
- Experience in pricing, promotion planning and/or Net Revenue Management
- Analytical mindset with hands‑on experience working with Nielsen data
