About Unilever EDGE Internship


This is more than just an internship. It’s a chance to learn, grow, and leave your mark at one of the largest FMCG companies on the planet. Unilever EDGE (Omni-Commerce) is a 3-to-6-month immersive program where you’ll learn how to build strategic partnerships with omni-commerce platforms, optimize sales performance, and drive growth through data-driven omni-commerce solutions.

Job Purpose

As an intern in Omni-Commerce, your ideas will have impact, and your creativity will take center stage.

You will gain the opportunity to play a key role in helping us create seamless experiences for customers across channels. You’ll assist in analyzing data, preparing reports on customer trends, and tracking performance metrics for our omni-commerce initiatives. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to align on promotional activities and engagement plans. You’ll also help us identify opportunities to improve customer journey touchpoints and boost conversion rates. If you’re detail-oriented, analytical, and excited to learn about integrated commerce solution, we’d love to have you on our team!

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate sales and support the account manager in collaborating with omni-commerce partners

  • Optimize conversion and commercial results through growth-hacking and business development

  • Measure and report site performance (traffic, time spent, bounce rate, funnel analysis, etc.)

You’re The Perfect Fit If

  • You are available for 3 to 6 months starting March 2026

  • You are enrolled in a Bachelor’s (2nd to 4th year) or Master’s program (with no more than 2 years of prior work experience).

  • You are eager and excited to learn

  • You are data-driven and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)

  • You are critical and independent

  • You have a hands-on, can-do attitude
