Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a Test KT. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and accuracy of information and processes within Unilever, focusing on Knowledge Transfer and its implementation. You will play a key part in the validation and verification of our knowledge management systems and initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

* Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for knowledge transfer processes, systems, and documentation.
* Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies related to knowledge transfer content and methodologies.
* Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand knowledge transfer requirements and validate accuracy.
* Perform functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) on various knowledge management platforms.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of knowledge transfer processes by providing constructive feedback and insights.
* Assist in the creation and maintenance of testing documentation, including test scripts, test data, and test reports.
* Communicate test results and progress effectively to stakeholders and project teams.
* Participate in post-implementation reviews to assess the effectiveness of knowledge transfer initiatives.

Job Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience in a testing or quality assurance role, preferably within a corporate or large organization.
* Strong understanding of knowledge management principles and practices.
* Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and identifying discrepancies.
* Proficiency in developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
* Experience with defect tracking systems and test management tools.
* Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
* Familiarity with Unilever's business processes or systems is a plus.
