EP Test SOVA Experience

Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced individual to join Unilever UK Limited as an EP Test SOVA Experience professional. This role will leverage AI and Generative AI capabilities to drive category growth, optimize promotions, and create significant customer value within our digital manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Lead the development and implementation of AI and Generative AI strategies for enhancing the SOVA experience and broader digital manufacturing processes.
* Drive category growth through data-driven insights and AI-powered recommendations, collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams.
* Identify and execute continuous improvement initiatives across various business functions, leveraging AI enablement.
* Develop and implement strategies for creating measurable customer value through innovative AI applications.
* Manage and optimize promotions using advanced analytical techniques and AI tools.
* Utilize Prompt Engineering skills to effectively interact with and derive insights from Generative AI models.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
* Employ strong influencing and negotiation skills to secure buy-in for new initiatives and drive successful project outcomes.
* Develop and deliver compelling selling propositions for AI-driven solutions to internal and external audiences.

Job Qualifications:**

* Proven experience in AI Enablement, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Generative AI within a commercial setting.
* Demonstrated success in developing and executing Category Growth Strategies.
* Strong track record of Continuous Improvement initiatives.
* Experience in Customer Value Creation and understanding customer needs.
* Familiarity with Digital Manufacturing processes and technologies.
* Exceptional Influencing Skills and the ability to persuade diverse stakeholders.
* Proficient in Negotiation techniques.
* Proven experience in Promotions Management.
* Expertise in Prompt Engineering.
* Excellent Relationship Building abilities.
* Strong Selling skills with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics) or equivalent practical experience.
