PURPOSE:

HR Data Analyst owns End-2-End HR systems and data management. They should have system expertise in Workday, One View, Talent Systems, Payroll Systems and their interlinkages. HR Data Analyst own the data integrity on these systems and are expected to be the experts to enable timely and accurate transactions and updates. He/she is accountable to deliver standard HR reporting that will be used to enhance operational effectiveness. This role is key in enabling simplification of HR processes and promoting data based organizational decisions by ensuring 100% accurate HR data management across the systems. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Workday transactions across the End to End employee lifecycle for South Africa as well as Africa.
  • Workday Data Management and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Standard HR Reporting requests.
  • Supporting on data analytics as required.
  • Supporting APR processes and data clean ups.
  • Data support for HRBP’s and HR team

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • HR Degree
  • Previous HR work experience preferred
  • Proficient in using Workday, Talent Systems, Payroll Systems and OneView technology platforms and systems or system savvy to be trained in these areas
  • Comfortable working in MS Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, OneDrive, Outlook, SharePoint etc.); advance proficiency in Excel required
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively
  • Strong multi-tasking skills with a comfort in maintaining multiple, often conflicting, priorities, and deadlines
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Solid customer service and relationship management skills 
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
