SOVA VI - Turkey - WL2

Job Summary: We are looking for a Customer Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customers in the assigned territory and achieving sales targets by executing various activities related to customer service and development.

Responsibilities:
• Execute merchandising programs and promotional campaigns at retail outlets.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper product placement and presentation.
• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth through targeted promotions and events.
• Build strong relationships with store owners and staff to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data using CRM software.
• Provide support to the Sales Manager on special projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
• Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in FMCG industry.
• Strong communication skills in Turkish and English (both written and verbal).
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
