WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Drive Financial Performance of the Home Care Category
- Accountable for the P&L, Movements, and Gaps to Business Targets
- Provide support in financial simulations like Pricing, Savings, Promo Investment, Innovations
- Deep-dive Risks and Opportunities for consistent and profitable Growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional and other finance teams to implement financial plans; ensure accurate and timely reporting of HC financial results
- Conduct financial modeling (financial scenarios) and analysis to support business decisions
Provide Decision Support and Timely Analysis on High-Value Business Priorities
- Prepare the Innovation/Renovation Business Cases and monitor the annual/YTD performance of the new products
- Prepare Financial presentations and submissions for Local & Global Business Teams
- Support Annual and Long-Term Business Planning
- Support New Product Launches & Post-Launch Evaluation
- Portfolio Mix Improvements and Saving Initiatives

Experiences & Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, Excel modelling skills and attention to detail
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Ability to work fluidly with ambiguity, and to multi-task
- Strong engagement, presentation and communication skills
- Ability to present complex information in a simplified manner
- Ability to work fluidly with data across systems and reporting tools
- Experience in driving process simplification and improvements
- Experience managing a large and complex set of stakeholders
- Ability to present to and communicate with senior Finance and non-Finance stakeholders
