JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • ​​Monitoring Cash Contribution and its components, Reporting the actual and forecasted Cash Flow  
  • ​Monitoring and reporting short-term assets and liabilities of the business i.e. inventory, receivables, and payables.  
  • ​Prepare and monitor MAT DOH trends of debtor, creditor, and inventory. 
  • ​Working on cash flow projections and managing working capital requirements. 
  • ​MET Cash consolidation with Turkey, Unica, Iran, and Arabia figures. 
  • ​Control and confirm actual Cash results & submit forecast via DIT uploads. 
  • ​Support all Digitalization process of Cash Forecasting and Reporting 
  • ​Adhoc analysis and presentations for Cash Management 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • ​​Bachelor’s degree in management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA, CPA, CMA certification a plus. 
  • ​Minimum 3 years of financial experience or similar positions, preferably in FMCG sector​.

Skills

  • ​​Strong analytical capabilities with bias to drive action. 
  • ​Strong communication skills with ability to respond under pressure. 
  • ​Ability and drive to work independently. 
  • ​Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross functional team. 
  • ​Advanced skills in Excel, and knowledge of SAP and BW. 
  • ​Fluency in English & Turkish 
  • ​Personal Mastery and Effectiveness​
