Job Summary:
In this role you will lead cross-functional teams in creating marketing plans to launch new products or line extensions, ensuring each product has a unique voice and story. You’ll partner closely with creative agencies and internal stakeholders to develop integrated campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, TV, print, PR, experiential events, influencer partnerships, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of comprehensive marketing strategies for new product introductions, line extensions, and other key initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Sales, Finance, and Creative Agencies to ensure alignment on brand vision and messaging
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver impactful campaigns within budget
• Develop detailed execution plans, including channel allocation, messaging, content creation, production schedules, and activation timing
• Partner with external agencies to create breakthrough creative assets (TV, Print, Digital, Social Media, Influencers)
• Create and maintain go-to-market plan documentation for all brands
• Ensure consistent application of consumer insights and cultural trends into marketing strategy and execution
• Conduct post-mortems to identify areas for improvement and implement learnings for future campaigns
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required; MBA preferred
5+ years of experience in Consumer Products Marketing Management, preferably in Personal Care or Home Care
Experience managing large marketing programs/budgets, ideally at a Fortune 500 company
Strong understanding of marketing principles and ability to apply them to drive business results
Proven track record of building successful partnerships with agency partners and internal stakeholders
Strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills
Results driven with a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement
Highly organized with strong project management skills
Detail oriented with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
