Job Title:Customer Operations Digital Transformation Assistant Manager PTAB Bangladesh

Reports to: Digital Transformation Manager PTAB

JOB PURPOSE

The role is responsible to lead Customer Operations Digital Transformation Projects from idea stage to implementation across PTAB (Pakistan, Turkey, Arabia & Bangladesh). As a part of this role, the candidate would partner CS&L (Customer Service, Logistics) and IP (Integrated Planning) to design & deliver tech Solutions that unlock value for business. This is a highly entrepreneurial role that merges Tech, Business knowhow & Passion for change to deliver results.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Responsible for governing execution of projects in line with broader process innovation strategy to reach touchless & automated Demand/Distribution/Supply Planning & Execution processes. The candidate would proactively engage with various functions (Integrated Planning, Customer Service & Logistics) to identify key challenges, streamline the business processes and develop applications to automate them.
  • While existing Supply Chain business process knowhow is not mandatory for a candidate to apply, the candidate would be expected to Proactively learn supply chain business processes such as Demand Forecasting/Shipment & Inventory Planning/Execution and develop subject matter expertise in these processes.
  • The candidate would be expected to lead Detailed process mapping (to learn existing planning processes), simplify them, codify them into automated tools and lead change management. In a typical project, the candidate would function as an entrepreneur solving problems end to end.
  • The candidate would be expected to learn Advanced programming in .NET (Blazor/WinForms) & SQL amongst other concepts. Prior hands-on programming experience in any programming language is a must and would be discussed during interviews/programming assessment.

EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferred – Electrical/Computer Science/Mechatronics or other affiliated engineering disciplines with strong academic performance).
  • The ideal candidate should have worked for 3+ years in Technology/software design or similar roles.
  • The candidate would have excellent written/Oral English communication skills.
  • The candidate must have independently programmed a computer Application end to end and be fluent in at least one programming language.
