BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE OF ROLE

The role of the Pre-Banded Packs (PBP) and Execution planner is to ensure stable supply of promo packs across all home care products and ensure raw and packaging materials are at optimized level.

Performance measurement: Maintain good service levels on PBPs (>95%) and ensure minimal RPM losses.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supply planning for PBPs
    • Monitor production planning for PBPs and ensure production is based on allocation
    • Monitor availment of PBPs and flagged issues to MCPs and CSPs on any issues foreseen
    • Lead network discussion on PBPs
    • Risk assessment for PBPs
    • Ensure PBPs are all depleted upon end of wave

  • Material planning
    • MRP for Raw and Packaging materials
    • Alignment and close coordination with suppliers on potential supply gaps.  Monitor supplier and trader inventory to ensure supply continuity
    • Provide FC to traders based on response planner FG plan.
    • Monitor ageing RMs
    • Requalification of RMs as needed
    • Support new RPM needed for innovations
    • Manage PM delivery day to day issues and align with 3Ps/suppliers
    • Review IPM for RPMs (quarterly)

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Experience in Supply Planning and Material Requirements Planning
  • Business understanding on promos
  • Materials Management
  • Purchasing
  • Inventory Management
  • Kinaxis/SAP Skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Customer-service driven
  • Must be open for a Fixed Term Contract role until end of December 2024.
