Job Summary:**
The ITP Analyst at Unilever Industries Private Limited (UIPL) will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated business planning processes. This role ensures data integrity, generates insights, and collaborates with various stakeholders to improve forecasting accuracy and supply chain efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:**
* Assist in the development and maintenance of integrated tactical planning (ITP) models and tools.
* Collect, analyze, and validate data from various sources to support demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory optimization.
* Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to ITP processes.
* Collaborate with sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to gather input and refine planning assumptions.
* Identify discrepancies and anomalies in planning data and work with relevant teams to resolve them.
* Support the ITP cycle meetings by preparing presentations, facilitating discussions, and documenting decisions.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for ITP processes and systems.
* Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members on ITP tools and methodologies.
* Ensure adherence to UIPL's internal policies and procedures related to planning and data management.
Job Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field.
* 1-3 years of experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, or a similar analytical role, preferably within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
* Experience with planning software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP APO, Kinaxis, O9 Solutions) is highly desirable.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Understanding of statistical forecasting techniques is a plus.
