Job Summary: The purpose of this role is to lead and manage the HRBP team in providing business partnering support for all Unilever operations (manufacturing sites, warehouses & R&D) across different regions within Thailand. This position will also work closely with senior leadership team to drive business agenda and people strategy in line with overall Unilever HR policies and practices.
Job Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop a high performing team of HR Business Partners who are aligned with Unilever values and provide expertise on all human resources related matters.
• Drive and embed a continuous improvement mindset through data-driven insights and initiatives, enabling the organization to achieve its goals and strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to define and implement people strategies that align with organizational priorities, ensuring alignment between talent management processes and business needs.
• Provide guidance and advice to managers at all levels on all aspects of Human Resources including recruitment, talent review, succession planning, remuneration, benefits, training and development, employee relations, industrial relations, change management, and performance management.
• Work closely with senior leadership team to drive business agenda and people strategy in line with overall Unilever HR policies and practices.
• Manage the implementation of global HR initiatives and projects, ensuring local requirements are met while maintaining consistency with global standards.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and union agreements, and provide appropriate guidance and support to managers to minimize risks and ensure effective resolution of employment-related issues.
Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in any field from a reputable university or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of experience working as an HR generalist or HRBP in multinational companies.
• Proven track record of delivering business results by driving HR initiatives and programs which have had a positive impact on business outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and persuade others, communicate effectively, and build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Experience in leading and developing teams and driving continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to interpret complex data sets and identify actionable insights.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Certified Professional in Human Resources (CPHR), SHRM-SCP, GPHR or other relevant certification preferred.
• Experience in a large multinational company with manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, especially SAP.
• Understanding of Labor Relations/Industrial Relations in a manufacturing environment.
