Job Summary

This role supports Unilever's operations in Canada, focusing on ensuring the quality and functionality of our products and processes. The successful candidate will play a critical part in maintaining our high standards and contributing to our consumer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

* Execute a variety of tests on products, systems, and processes according to established protocols and standards relevant to the Canadian market.
* Document test results accurately and comprehensively, including observations, deviations, and potential improvements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to identify and resolve issues.
* Assist in the development and refinement of test plans, procedures, and methodologies.
* Conduct root cause analysis for identified defects and failures, proposing effective corrective and preventive actions.
* Maintain and calibrate testing equipment, ensuring its accuracy and reliability.
* Stay updated on relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices applicable to Canada.
* Prepare reports and presentations summarizing test findings and recommendations for stakeholders.

Job Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Engineering, Science, Quality Assurance) or equivalent practical experience.
* Demonstrated experience in testing, quality control, or a related technical role.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical information clearly.
* Proficiency in using testing tools and software relevant to the industry.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of Canadian regulatory requirements and standards is an asset.
* Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French is a strong asset.
