UFLP is a 30-months traineeship program designed to prepare Unilever's future leaders through various projects and challenging roles to become a business leader. UFLP prepares you with divisional rotations, various trainings, and intensive learning with one of the world’s foremost business learning institutions (INSEAD). By the end of the program, you are expected to be a manager ready with a strong leadership impact!

U-Fresh is a graduate sales trainee program that aims to develop your leadership with a focus on Customer Development (Sales) within one year. Unilever Future Leaders’ League (UFLL)
Unilever Future Leaders' League is a global business case competition that challenges youth to continuously define and explore creative solutions that inspire goodness in every aspect of daily activities to ensure the betterment of the business, the society, and themselves.
The national round in Indonesia will select top 3 students to represent Indonesia in the Global Round of Future Leaders’ League.
Requirements:
- Indonesian undergraduate (S1) students
- In 3rd year or final year students
- Open for all university and field of study
- Minimum GPA of 3.30
- Have strong leadership capability
