The Unilever Future Leaders Programme, or as we say “UFLP”, gives you the opportunity to develop yourself from a (recent) graduate into an experienced future-fit professional. Bring your enthusiasm, curiosity and innovative ideas to the table and start your learning journey at Unilever!
The tracks
We accept great talents with all sorts of backgrounds, since we believe in a resume-free selection process for the UFLP. For Supply Chain & Procurement, you will need a strong background in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Manufacturing or similar engineering. We also accept Mathematics, Business, Technology, or Design-related disciplines.
Online Application Period (Step 1-Step 3)
Our online application period runs from March 6th to March 27th end of the day. You need to have finished stage 3 (Digital Interview) at the end of the online application period to be eligible for the UFLP. It will take a few days to finish all online stages, so finish all stages as soon as possible.

Requirements for UFLP application
- Eligibility to work in the Netherlands before the start of the UFLP programme. Search year/orientation year visa is not accepted. Unilever cannot support the request for a visa in any form (EU nationals, candidates with asylum residence permits are excepted from this requirement).
- You have obtained your master’s/Bachelor’s degree at the start date of the UFLP per September 1, 2024.
- A WO master’s degree is required at the beginning of the Supply Chain and Finance tracks.
- A HBO/WO degree is required at the beginning of the Marketing, Customer Development and Human Resources tracks. - Intermediate level of Dutch is preferred but not required.
- Our Discovery Center Days take place at our Rotterdam Office and will be held between April 12th-May 10th. It is not possible to join this day online.
